The first major project is a drawing assignment. Students are required to use contour lines to create layers for a double image. After getting the double image created you then use shading, gradation, and the gray scale with geometric division to create a Shattered Image. The end result is amazing and working with such a large area improves ones dedication.
Intro Students will be working on their Color Mixing Skills/Knowledge after finishing our Shattered Image Projects. You will start with a practice sheet for color mixing and then will move on to the BIG painting project. Students will choose from 3 different Art Movements and 4 different Color Schemes to Create a unique painting of their own!

Figure out what device will work best for your photographs, remember the photos will need to be transferred to iMovie. Also make sure you investigate a few "how to use iMovie tutorials" on youtube before you begin.
Students must work towards creating a sculptural product to add to themselves that would help them in some way or change an aspect of themselves. Students have created their own class rubrics so that they are graded on achievements of their choosing. Also during the process students had to write a short paper on historic body modifications that scientists and inventors have created to help people in need.
